Terms of service

Effective September 5, 2026. These terms apply when you buy from or use this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by KRYSTA LAVERNE COOPER FUNY LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, trading as Vestrion. Mailing address: 5583 Trent Ct, Apt 210, Alexandria, VA 22311. Email: support@vestrionpteltd.store.

2. What we sell

Printed-to-order t-shirts for adults. Every shirt is printed after you order by a third-party print partner. Product pages show computer-rendered previews of each color, not photographs of a finished shirt. Small differences in placement and color between the preview and the printed shirt are normal.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.
An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price or listing error is found, if payment fails verification, or if the address is outside our shipping area.
You may cancel within 12 hours of ordering by email.

4. Shipping and returns

The shipping page and the returns page are part of these terms. Summary: US addresses only, 5 to 13 business days door to door, 30-day returns, no restocking fee.

5. Artwork and trademarks

The designs, the Vestrion name and the site content belong to KRYSTA LAVERNE COOPER FUNY LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce them. We do not sell or claim any affiliation with any trademark owner.

6. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and email you enter. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with it.

7. Warranty and liability

We warrant that shirts will match their listing and arrive undamaged, and the returns page says what happens when they do not. Beyond that, the site and products are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Virginia or federal consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Product safety notice

These shirts are adult apparel and are not intended for children under 12. Printed inks and garment dyes may contain substances listed under California Proposition 65. We have not commissioned independent testing and do not claim any certification.
