You are charged once, at checkout, in US dollars. Nothing is charged later and nothing is due on delivery.
How payment is handled
- Checkout runs on Shopify's hosted checkout. Card details are entered on that page and processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance. We never see or store your full card number.
- The connection uses HTTPS with TLS encryption.
- The methods accepted are shown at checkout. We do not list them here so this page can never disagree with the checkout.
Your statement
The charge appears under the shop name. If a charge looks unfamiliar, email support@vestrionpteltd.store with the amount and date before disputing it with your bank; we can usually match it in one reply.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where we are required to collect it.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving a return, or immediately for cancellations inside the 12-hour window. Details are on the returns page.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and nothing ships. Check the billing address and try again, or use another method.
