Ordering and delivery
How long until my shirt arrives? 5 to 13 business days in total: 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 8 business days in transit. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Where do you ship? US addresses only: all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. No APO/FPO, no international addresses.
What does shipping cost? $4.95 on orders under $60. Free on orders of $60 or more. Two shirts get you there.
Can I cancel? Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. Email us with the order number. After 12 hours the shirt is usually already being printed and cannot be stopped, but the 30-day return still applies.
Can I change the size or color after ordering? Within the same 12-hour window, yes. Email us and we fix it before print.
The white panel
Why is there a white rectangle behind the art? The designs are drawn on a white background and the whole rectangle prints. On a White tee the panel disappears. On Ash, Natural and the light heathers it is faint. On every darker color it shows clearly. Every listing has a preview of every color, and a side-by-side of White and Black is on each product page.
Is that a defect? No. It is how the design is made. If you want the art with no visible panel, order the White tee. If you ordered a dark color and do not like the panel after all, the 30-day return covers it.
Sizing and fabric
What shirt is it? Bella+Canvas 3001, a 4.2 oz unisex retail-fit tee. Solid colors are 100% Airlume combed ring-spun cotton, heathers are cotton and polyester blends. Blank sewn in Honduras according to our print partner's listing.
Does it run true to size? Yes. If you are between sizes, go up. Flat measurements are on the size guide and inside every product page.
Why does the size list change when I pick a color? Our print partner stocks each color in a different size range. Black runs XS to 4XL, White and Athletic Heather S to 3XL, most colors S to 2XL, and a few colors come in one or two sizes. The picker only shows what can actually be printed.
How do I wash it? Cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach. Do not iron over the print.
Returns
What is the return window? 30 days from the delivery date, for unworn, unwashed shirts.
Who pays return shipping? If the shirt is misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, we email a prepaid label. If you changed your mind or picked the wrong size, you pay the return postage and we refund the shirt price. No restocking fee either way.
How fast is the refund? 5 to 7 business days after the return arrives at our Alexandria, Virginia address, to your original payment method.

Where are the shirts from? They are printed in the United States in most cases, on blanks sewn in Honduras. We describe them exactly that way and no other way.
